I’m Not Receiving Any Calls — What Should I Check?

If you’re not getting incoming calls through KeepMyNumber, here’s a checklist to help you troubleshoot:

  1. Check Call Forwarding

    • Make sure call forwarding is properly enabled on your original SIM.

    • Double-check the forwarding number provided by KeepMyNumber during setup.

    • Try dialing a call forwarding code again (e.g., **21*<number>#) and press call.

  2. Verify Internet Connection

    • Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

    • Without internet, calls will not reach your app.

  3. App Permissions

    • Go to your phone’s settings and ensure KeepMyNumber has access to:

      • Microphone

      • Notifications

      • Background data

  4. Log Out and Back In

    • Try logging out and then back into the app to refresh your session.
